Kitsilano Pool
An obvious choice, Kitsilano Pool tops the list of Vancouver's best outdoor swimming pools. The turquoise coloured salt water will make you feel like you're swimming in the Caribbean. The mountain, ocean and city views are also worth mentioning.
Second Beach Pool
Tucked away on the cusp of Stanley Park, Second Beach pool is a heated pool overlooking the Pacific.
New Brighton Park Pool
Located over in East Vancouver, north of the PNE grounds, this outdoor pool is typically less populated vs. Kits or Second Beach Pool. The views of the North Shore are pretty impressive.
Hillcrest
One of Vancouver's newest outdoor pools, Hillcrest is located next to Queen Elizabeth Park and was even a 2010 Olympic Games facility.
Maple Grove Pool
Maple Grove is an outdoor heated pool located in Kerrisdale. It is only a shallow pool so expect lots of kidlets running around.
