Here's a pretty major project called Capilano Village that could pop up near Capilano Road and Marine Drive. Larco has applied for a rezoning application on the 4.4 acre site. The proposal is set out in four phases over 10 years and will include a total of 451 residential units spread out over a bundle of buildings all varying in height. There are also plans for a public plaza, community centre, seniors' rental building and, oddly, a 125,000 square foot underground mini-storage facility. Yowza.
