Local tech company, Global Relay, has officially signed the biggest office lease in Gastown at 220 Cambie Street. Back in 2005, Global Relay occupied a mere 2,500 square feet and now, nine years later, their new lease comprises 62,000 square feet making them the largest office tenant in Gastown. [BIV]
