Concord has been forced by the city to remove their Burnaby condo advertisements on the highly controversial sales centre in False Creek. The local developer is no longer permitted to sell condos outside of Vancouver city limits in the sales centre. Meanwhile, the False Creek Residents Association is still pushing forward with their lawsuit against the city for the long forgotten green space which was promised by the developer many moons ago.
