Bosa Properties has submitted a rezoning application for 1575 West Georgia Street so they can replace the 3-storey office building with a 26-storey residential tower. There will be 184 residential units with ground level commercial space and an additional three floors of office space. Located in a neighbourhood that hasn't seen much residential development in recent years, we're a little curious if this will get approved. Bosa Properties has been awfully busy these days, just days earlier it was announced that they had acquired 1500 West Georgia Street for a whopping $120,500,000 which is located a block away from their proposed residential tower.
