Seeking Nominations For Vancouver's Best Parks & More

New, 1 comment

Get ready: Curbed's Outdoors Week is right around the corner. In just one week, we'll be coming at you with coverage of Vancouver's great outdoors. From hidden parks to camping in the city to buildings with the best outdoor amenities, we'll be exploring everything this city has to offer. Of course, your help here is essential.

Are you and your canine friend especially obsessed with a particular dog park or dog run? Nominate your favorite spot for eternal glory by writing us a short description of what makes it so great and why you and your dog love it. Leave a comment or send photos and dog-friendly park endorsements to tipline.

We're also on the hung for the best/loveliest/quietest parks that don't nearly get enough attention. This is not the time to talk up Stanley Park—instead, this is a chance to throw a spotlight on a great park that most city dwellers don't know about.

And finally, we want you to share what you believe is Vancouver's best public swimming spot. Is there a city pool with a great view? Does one beach make for particularly great people-watching? Is there a hotel pool that welcomes non-guests? We want to know. Again, all nominations and photos can be sent to the tipline.

This will be fun.
