↑ At the Classico building in Coal Harbour, this 2BR/2BA suite includes some impressive views of the harbor and all the modern appliances one could expect from a Coal Harbour apartment. The building has a 24 hour concierge, indoor pool and gym.

↑ Leaving downtown, this 5BR/2BA house located near Oakridge rents for $2,800/month. The home has been recently renovated and is close to transit and Queen Elizabeth Park. Nice. There are hardwood floors and surprisingly, two kitchens - one on each floor.

↑ Next up in Kitsilano, this 3BR/2BA home can be all yours for $2,800/month. The basement is tenanted out so renters only get the main and top floor of the house included in the rent. There's an adorable red painted fireplace and a nice kitchen. Most noteworthy is the spacious outdoor patio with some green space in the backyard.
