Welcome back to Curbed Comparisons, a column that explores what one can rent for a set dollar amount in various Vancouver neighborhoods. Today's price: $2,500.
↑ Our search begins in Point Grey where the top floor of this character home triplex is renting for $2,500 per month. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom in the 1,000 square foot suite. The best part about this place is the prime Westside address at Point Grey Road and Trutch Street where renters are only a few steps to the water.
↑ Over in Kitsilano we found this condo just off Broadway that rents for $2,500 per month. Spread out over 1,000 square feet, the modern condo includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bonus points: There's a lovely little patio overlooking some character homes and greenery.
↑ Our search continues in False Creek where this one bedroom + den heritage loft rents for $2,500 per month. At 850 square feet, the loft features tons of exposed brick and beam and even claims to have lots of natural light which we are having a hard time believing from the hipster friendly filtered photos.
↑ In Coal Harbour, $2,500 per month gets renters this two bedroom and two bathroom suite overlooking the water and Stanley Park. Nice. There is also a balcony and sunroom to take in all those harbour views.
