On May 31, a seven foot sculpture of local Vancouver artist Douglas Coupland's head will be hanging out near the Vancouver Art Gallery and passerbys are encouraged to cover the self-portrait in gum. It is being described by the artist as "a gum-based, crowd source, publically interactive, social-sculpture self-portrait." [CTV]
