A woman who has been accused of accepting damage deposits for make believe lease agreements has yet to be evicted from her current rental apartment. The landlord claims the Residential Tenancy Branch weighs too heavily in favour of tenants and despite the woman coaxing multiple people into giving her money, she has not been evicted from her place of residency where these transactions took place (yet).
