Microsoft Canada just signed an 11 year lease for the top two floors at the Pacific Centre redevelopment office building. They are calling the office their "Excellence Centre" which will focus on expanding their current online presence. Rumor has it they are dumping $90 million into their state of the art facilities. 400 jobs are expected to be created. Boom. [Vancity Buzz]
