Polygon wants to build a seven storey residential and commercial building at 255 West First Street and 260 West Esplanade on the North Shore. If approved, the building will consist of 208 residential suites, a handful of them adaptable to accommodate seniors or those with mobility issues. This isn't Polygon's first attempt to develop the site - previously they pitched a 16-storey tower for the same location but later nixed the plans. [Vancouver Market]
