Insanely Unique Brewery Creek Loft Asks $425K

Is it just us or are suites at the former Fell's Candy Factory some of the most interesting and unique in the city? This one is no exception with its two levels of one of a kind living area which is listed for $425,000. The main floor features a sizeable kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone countertops, in addition to a spacious living area with stonework lined walls, and a teeny tiny window that is only accessible via ladder. The bedroom is located on the second level with panoramic views of the downstairs area. While the wired, barely there handrails open the space up considerably, those who are accident prone may be a little wary of the bed being so close to the edge. Major con: Midnight bathroom breaks have to be taken downstairs where the only bathroom resides. Design flaws aside, we've been intrigued by the Brewery Creek for quite some time now as it seems every suite in the Class A heritage building is nothing like the last. Those seeking a truly unique living space will be drawn to the heritage accented, though rarely available, 14 live/work homes in the building. Plus, who wouldn't want to live in a former candy factory? The answer is no one.
