An "urban reef" is coming to the Robson Street pedestrian plaza as part of the VIVA Vancouver design challenge. Out of the 79 entries, the winner was selected last week and will consist of individual sculptures spread out across the 800-block of Robson Street inviting pedestrians to hang out.
