Rize Alliance continues their quest to develop their long awaited Main and Broadway residential development by hosting a city-managed open house on Main Street to let the community see the revised development permit application and give their input on the project. If approved, the Mount Pleasant location will soon consist of 258 homes and over $6 million to be put towards supporting artists and affordable housing in the community. [Vancity Buzz]
