Residents in a Point Grey apartment complex have had their legal bid to keep a neighbour's son from playing the piano dismissed by the BC Supreme Court. Yes, apparently noise complaints can be taken all the way to the BC Supreme Court. After four years of noise complaints and meetings with the strata, the retired couple were told the noise did not constitute a nuisance. [Vancouver Courier]
