Hollyburn Properties is hoping to add some more rental units to an existing highrise site located in Ambleside at 195 - 21st Street. The development will spread out over two buildings and consist of 49 purpose built rentals. While the latest development happenings coming out of West Vancouver lately have typically been developers wanting to come in and vacate the building for supreme renos or even demolition, this proposal is adding to the existing rental unit inventory which has got to be some welcomed good news to those renters in the area.
