We found this two bedroom penthouse loft located on West 10th Avenue which hit the rental market today for $5,200 per month - or $5,600 if you want it furnished. Yikes. While the place isn't that bad, we can't help but wonder what makes this 2,000 square foot pad all that special. The bedrooms are teeny tiny and the mix of wood, chrome and tile accents is confusing. It does come with a fireplace, balcony and some mediocre views of the Westside. Do you think it's worth the ridiculous rental asking price?
