With the Pacific Centre redevelopment in full swing, mega-landlord, Cadillac Fairview, has no concerns over leasing the remaining 44,000 square foot retail expansion space. Nordstrom has secured 230,000 square feet which surely will spark the interest of other high profile retail tenants who want a piece of the shopping madness that will soon grace the downtown mall.
