Lower Lonsdale will get yet another residential tower after Fairborne Properties received the green light from city council to build a mid-rise tower along West First Street. The development will include 65 suites varying in size and there will be about 7,000 square feet of commercial space at ground level. The approval of this development adds to the growing list of midrise towers that have been proposed for Lower Lonsdale.
