We found this Gastown open concept live/work loft which has been listed at $499,000. Located in the Bodega Studios building next to Gassy Jack Square, this 871 square foot suite has a ton of character with hardwood floors, exposed brick, over sized ceiling height, and some lovely arched windows that peer out onto Carrall Street. Oddly enough, the in suite laundry is located next to the stove which could be a positive is the buyer likes to cook and do laundry without having to move.
