Check out a list of the top five most unusual real estate listings across Canada. Unsurprisingly, Vancouver had three of the top five, including the adorable hobbit house, the massive James Bay private island listed at $75 million (no buyer to date), and of course the $38 million West Vancouver home that was at one point Canada's most expensive home listing, that is until the media uncovered that the gaudy mansion pictured by the realtor didn't actually exist and the actual home on the site had little to no value. It was then relisted at $12.9 million. Talk about a major price cut. [BuzzBuzzHome]
