After the recent $5 million heritage restoration was complete, we sort of thought that the Yale Hotel would have reopened and killed it on the Granville Street party scene as a blues only music club. Alas, the owner feels differently and has put the building on the market for $4.4 million. Built in 1888, the Yale Hotel is one of Vancouver's oldest buildings. [Vancouver Sun]
