The town of Boston Bar has listed two historical homes at a measly sale price of $1 each. If you're willing to preserve the historic structure and live in a tiny town north of Hope, then we're nearly certain this is the best deal money can buy. New owners can pretty much do whatever they want to the interior of the home, but are contracted into restoring the heritage value of the exterior. Doesn't seem so bad does it? Well according to the city representatives, the houses are "definitely fixer-uppers" and the roofs may need to be replaced at some point. The two houses sit on a 5,000 square foot lot (which is included in the purchase price, believe it or not) and are each over 1,000 square feet in size.
