OAK STREET: More development news coming from Oak Street today as the owners of 2975 Oak Street want to redevelop the existing apartment building into 50 market rental units. Renderings show the heritage building being incorporated into the tower.
KERRISDALE: Bogner Development Group is hoping to rezone a former church site at 2095 West 43rd Avenue into a six-storey rental apartment building. Plans include 56 market rental units and commercial at ground level.
BURRARD SLOPES: A fully leased 13,800 square foot office building located at 1638 West 3rd Avenue has hit the market at $5,750,000.
