Just like that, development plans for the Hollywood Theatre have been shut down by the city because of some old legal restrictions that prevent the big bad developer from turning it into a fitness centre. The 'Save the Hollywood Theatre Coalition' is apparently working with the owner to figure out some alternative solutions. [Metro News]
