The Vancouver Art Gallery may be getting a new home, but that doesn't mean the old home doesn't deserve an upgrade. The City of Vancouver has plans to develop the North Plaza which could come as early as 2014. Stay tuned for preliminary plans which will be released tomorrow. [Vancity Buzz]
