Malaspina Village residents in Coquitlam are the first to get a super speedy automated composter which is appropriately being called The Rocket. Just how fast is The Rocket? Well it can process 20 kilograms of mixed materials (including meat) per day which then transforms all the food scraps into compost material that is used for gardens and landscaping. The cost? $30,000. That is an expensive Rocket.
