Final Plans Revealed For Pearson Dogwood Redevelopment

Renderings have been released after the third and final open house held over the weekend to showcase the design plan for the Pearson Dogwood redevelopment site at Cambie and 57th Avenue The drawings show nearly four acres of public open space which include community gardens and pedestrian friendly paths. There will also be a handful of new towers built ranging in height from 6 - 23 storeys high which will accommodate a residential care home, space for child daycare, and a range of affordable housing aimed towards seniors, families, and people with disabilities. Also, as rumoured, the site will have a new sky train stop along the Canada Line.
