Pacific Centre is one step closing to the highly anticipated Nordstrom take over at 725 Granville Street with today's removal of the last remaining exterior white panel. Consistently labelled as the ugliest building in Vancouver, this project has been met with a lot of excitement from the locals, even drawing quite the crowd today. The former Sears location has been in construction since November 2012 and pedestrians have been eyeing the site eagerly awaiting completion. Nordstrom, who is set to open in 2015, will occupy three floors with the remaining space to be converted into office space.
