The Paris based group 1024 Architecture is hosting an architecture/digital lights/electro dance music even as part of the New Forms Festival on September 13 at the Centre for Digital Media. When asked to describe the event, cofounder Pierre Schneider says "We are mixing architecture - real construction stuff that you have to build in the real world - with 1024. And 1024 is a pixel resolution: it's a basic resolution ratio...we're mixing real centimetres with virtual pixels." [Georgia Straight]
