Our downtown Vancouver Public Library is more than just a pretty face, in fact it has been declared as one of the top libraries in the world by a bunch of researchers at a German university. Yeah, sounds official. Libraries were analyzed in 31 major cities across the globe. Vancouver tied with Montreal for top honors. Chicago, San Francisco, Shanghai and Toronto trailed behind.
