A proposal to restore the Wilmar mansion at 2050 Marine Drive will not be going ahead. The home was built in 1925 and was on the Hertiage Vancouver's endangered sites list. The developer, Beech Developments, had a conditional deal to purchase the property is the restoration proposal was approved.
