Just to confirm Vancouver's over priced housing market, the Vancouver Sun has compiled a list of ten "bargain" priced homes in Vancouver. Bargain doesn't necessarily have the same definition as it does in other cities. For example, in East Vancouver, a shed-like home has a list price of $628K. Awesome. [Vancouver Sun]
