In case our readers are having a serious case of the Mondays, we found this delightfully colourful and eccentrically decorated loft in Mount Pleasant that is listed at $325,000. What's not to love about this place? There's ample light shining through those floor to ceiling windows and it has south east exposure. The floors are polished concrete and the kitchen is brand new. A little odd is the laundry machines that are smack dab in the centre of the kitchen, but with some creative decorating it could easily be hidden. The floor area is only 550 square feet but the place appears spacious with it's office nook and custom sleeping platform. Some immediate thoughts: can one stand up once atop the sleeping platform? Ceiling height appears questionable. And how about that ladder? There could be possible midnight bathroom trip nightmares when trying to maneuver down the ladder half asleep.
