Developer Unveils World's First Transformable Space Concept

Today developer Bosa Properties unveiled a new condo development in Surrey that is being labelled as the "world's first transformable home." What does this mean? Every square inch of the space is designed to be as efficient as possible. Think movable walls, beds that transform into couches, and more. In a real estate market where developers are consistently trying to cram residents into 500 square foot apartments, these units offer roughly the same square footage but appear significantly more usable because of the creative design and layout. The 320-unit building is being called the Alumni, which will be the first of eight buildings that Bosa has planned for Surrey Central City district.
