Back In The Day

Little known fact: back in the 1900s it was entirely possible to order a home from an Eaton's catalogue. They were called 'house kits' and a purchaser had two options which included either purchasing the floor plans (those interested in a DYI challenge) or buying the actual house kit which included pre-cut timer, nails, and finished windows ready to be assembled.
