The City gave retailers notice that all parking for a block or more east of MacDonald Street will be eliminated to accommodate excess traffic from the changes to Point Grey traffic patterns. Retailers are concerned the changes in parking could effect their businesses and claim the City left these details out when the approving the Seaside Greenway and York Avenue bikeway.
