We're likely not the only ones who are bit perplexed by the the mega redevelopment plans for the 28-acre site at Oakridge Centre. The City nixed developer Ivanhoe Cambridge's first set of plans from last year and those guys just don't quit, do they? They are back this year with a revised set of plans hoping to get approval from the City this time around. The proposed 2013 rezoning shows an additional 25,000 square feet allocated for the civic centre which includes a community centre and childcare centre.
