Ten former tenants of a DTES building have sued their former landlord, George Wolsey for over $18,000. Why are the former tenants suing? Unhealthy living conditions, including rats, cockroaches, and other ongoing building issues. Earlier this fall, ten civil warrants were issued for his arrest and subsequent "wanted" posters were plastered across the city.
