The District of North Vancouver has adopted a plan for future developments in Lynn Valley that will allow for increased building heights between eight and 12 storeys. Residents aren't thrilled claiming any higher than six storeys is too high, some saying "we don't want to be like New York City." Yes, because any tower over six storeys is so New York.
