Located in the Village at False Creek is this 2BR/2BA townhome that is just over 1,500 square feet and is listed at $1,399,000. Hey, we know the Village has had its problems, but it really isn't the worst place to buy some waterfront real estate in the city. This place has 12 foot ceilings and massive windows all around making it appear much larger than it actually is. Not to be missed is the 530 square foot private outdoor patio that comes complete with some super stealth remote controlled outdoor lighting system. The broker babble says the wallpaper is imported from Belgium (assuming the average person cares where their wallpaper comes from) and that there is a custom built in wine room/bar (something an average person actually cares about.) The only downside to this place might be the awkward pillar that appears to be hanging out in the middle of a high traffic area of the suite. After a couple bottles from the custom wine room, this could be a serious design fail.
